The same letter looks different in every font, and the same document looks different after every scan. Look-alike characters such as l, I and 1 or o and 0 decide whether a phone number or an amount is right. That is why we start from the character.

Founder
Vladimir Rora — Founder & CEO
15+ years building B2B products for HR Tech and recruitment automation. He founded Experium, an applicant tracking system used by hundreds of large Russian and international companies, including Accenture, EY, IKEA, Unilever and Nestlé, and built FINDY, a recruitment marketing platform handling more than 10,000 job postings a month. Years of work with millions of résumés and candidate records led to AURORA: document technology built from the character up.
